Paddle Warranties

Thank you for choosing Pickleball Bazaar for your pickleball equipment needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranties on our pickleball paddles.

At Pickleball Bazaar we offer a 30-day guarantee against defects. If your paddle breaks during this period you can contact us to set up an exchange or refund. We will provide you with a return label to send the defective paddle back. Used paddles are not covered by warranty policy.

Beyond this time, you are protected by the warranty of your paddle’s manufacturer. 

 

Manufacturer's Warranty

Our paddles are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  The duration of the warranty varies by brand and model. Below is a list of all the manufacturers we currently work with and their details:

Returns Info & Form

Warranty claims must be submitted within the designated warranty period starting from the date of purchase. Please note that paddles must exhibit a genuine defect to qualify for an exchange. Paddles showing signs of normal wear and tear, abuse, or negligence will not be eligible for return.

Additionally, most manufacturers do not accept returns for paddles that have been altered (such as re-glued or grip changed) or permanently marked with identification. If you wish to personalize your paddle, it's advisable to use a sticker rather than marking it permanently.
